FINALLY abandoning this officially
Only good thing about it was the name. I was mostly basing it on the fact that books!Hannibal had almost the same background as Magneto, therefore they would make great friends. Unfortunately this is an idea I first had when I was all of like 10, I didn't have any idea how to explain the AU to anyone and . . . yeah.
